To develop confidence, leadership skills and decision-making abilities.

Skill Training
Training in tailoring, embroidery, handicrafts, food processing, beauty & wellness, and digital literacy.
Self-Employment Guidance
Training and mentoring to help women start small businesses.
Financial Literacy
Awareness about savings, banking systems and government welfare schemes.
Awareness Programs
Workshops on women’s rights, health, education, hygiene and social well-being.

- Rural and urban poor women
- Unemployed and undereducated women
- Women associated with Self Help Groups (SHGs)
